Combining Booths Before Selling

1. Open the floorplan and identify the booths to combine 0:02

  • Navigate to the floorplan for the exhibitor order.

  • Locate the booths you want to combine into a single larger space.

  • In the example, two adjacent booths are selected to be merged into one 10x20 booth.


2. Remove the extra booth and resize the remaining booth 0:22

  • Delete the booth you do not need.

  • Expand the remaining booth so it becomes the full combined size.

  • Example: convert two 10x10 booths into one 10x20 booth.


3. Update the booth price if needed 0:36

  • If the combined booth should cost more, adjust the price accordingly.

  • For example, if the new booth is twice the size, double the price.

  • Click Update to apply the pricing change.


4. Save the floorplan changes and exit 0:36

  • Click Save to store the resized booth and pricing changes.

  • Then click Exit to leave the floorplan editor.

  • At this point, the booth should now appear as the new combined booth size and price.


5. Create the order using the new combined booth 0:53

  • Start the exhibitor order process.

  • Select the newly created combined booth instead of the original separate booths.

  • In the example, choose the 10x20 booth at the updated price.

  • Add any required services, such as one electric.


6. Complete the order 1:17

  • Continue through the remaining order steps.

  • Finish and submit the order.

  • Once completed, the exhibitor will be placed into the combined booth.
