How to Export All Companies
1. Export companies from the Companies page (limited to 100 rows) 0:02
Go to Companies.
Select the companies you want to export.
Open Actions and choose Export.
Note: this method has a limitation: you can only export up to 100 rows/items at a time.
2. Use the Company Report to export the full company list 0:23
If you need to export your entire company list, go to Reports.
Open Company Report.
Use Bulk Action and select Export All.
This is the best option when you need more than 100 companies exported.
3. Customize the export columns and order 0:30
In the Company Report export flow, choose which columns you want included.
Reorder the columns as needed before exporting.
This lets you tailor the export to match the exact data format you need.
