Begin with the Expo Genie onboarding video series.
Confirm you understand that the series is designed to guide you through event setup from start to finish.
Identify the presenter and support context: Derek Manual, co-founder of Expo Genie.
2. Follow the videos in sequence 0:15
Watch each video in the order provided.
Treat each session as a building block for the next one.
Complete one platform topic at a time so setup steps are not missed or repeated.
3. Complete setup at your own pace 0:23
Work through the onboarding materials at a pace that matches your team’s readiness.
Continue until the event is fully configured and ready for launch.
If questions come up, write them down for the next live onboarding session with the Expo Genie team.
