Overview
When a user leaves the floor plan editor without properly clicking Exit, the floor plan stays locked and exhibitors cannot select or purchase booths. Instead of allowing self-service booth checkout, the system shows a red banner and blocks booth selection with a "floor plan is currently being edited" message. This creates a live-sales outage until an admin returns to the editor and exits correctly.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the floor plan editor and make any change to a booth or floor plan.
Navigate away from the editor, switch tabs, or otherwise leave without clicking Exit.
Wait for the editor session to time out or remain in the locked state.
Open the exhibitor sign-up flow and navigate to the floor plan.
Attempt to click a booth that is marked for sale.
Observe that the booth cannot be added to cart and the UI reports that the floor plan is currently being edited.
Acceptance Criteria
If the floor plan editor is closed, exited, or times out, the lock state should be cleared automatically.
Exhibitors should be able to select and purchase booths once the editor is no longer actively in use.
If a lock is still required, the UI should clearly indicate who/what is holding it and provide a reliable way to release it.
The red banner / blocked purchase state should not persist after a valid exit from the floor plan editor.
Live booth sales should not be interrupted by stale editor sessions.
