Manage Incomplete Registrations in Review Applicants

Overview

Incomplete registrations currently appear under Companies > Review Applicants, alongside exhibitor application submissions that require approval. Because the menu label does not clearly distinguish incomplete registrations from pending applicants, event admins may overlook these records or be unsure where to manage them, especially during testing or cleanup.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as an event admin.

2. Navigate to Companies > Review Applicants.

3. Create or locate an incomplete registration.

4. Observe that the incomplete registration appears in the same list as exhibitor application submissions.

5. Attempt to identify, review, or delete the incomplete registration from this area.

Acceptance Criteria

• Incomplete registrations are clearly visible in Companies > Review Applicants.

• The UI distinguishes incomplete registrations from exhibitor application submissions that are awaiting approval.

• Event admins can delete incomplete registrations from this screen when needed.

• The menu label or supporting UI copy is updated to reduce confusion about what records are shown in this section.
